Licensing

This page explains the license terms for templates purchased through Brandbes. The license you receive depends on which plan you purchase. Please read the relevant section carefully before using any template.

All templates listed on Brandbes are also available on the Webflow Template Marketplace. The license terms below apply regardless of where the template was purchased.

The Single-Use License gives you, the purchaser, the ability to use the template on an ongoing, non-exclusive basis. You're allowed to use the template to create one single End Product for yourself or for one client (a "single application"), and the End Product can be distributed for free.

The "End Product" is the final customized version or implementation of the template that you will use or deliver to a client.

What you can do

• check_circle Create one End Product for a client, and transfer it to the client for any fee.
• check_circle Modify and manipulate the template freely. The resulting work remains subject to this license, regardless of how much you've changed it.
• check_circle Download the template (with a paid Workspace plan) and host it on a different server without attributing back to Webflow. The Single-Use License applies whether the template is hosted on Webflow, another server, or your computer.

What you can't do

• cancel Sell the End Product to more than one client. Your client cannot resell the End Product.
• cancel Incorporate the template in a work created for redistribution or resale by you or your client. You cannot re-distribute for free or resell the template as-is or after modifications.
• cancel Extract a single component out of a template and use it outside the scope of the End Product.
• cancel The client or end user of the End Product cannot extract a single component out of a template and use it outside the scope of the End Product.

Miscellaneous

• arrow_forward The creator of the template retains ownership of the template but grants you the license on the terms above. This license is between the template creator and you. Webflow Inc. is not a party to this license or the one giving you the license.
• arrow_forward If a breach in this license is discovered, the creator of the template may take legal action. Webflow may also take administrative action such as closing your account.

The Pro Bundle Multi-Use License grants you, the subscriber, access to all templates in the Brandbes library for the duration of your active subscription. Unlike the Single-Use License, you may use each template for multiple projects and multiple clients.

What you can do

• check_circle Use any template from the library for unlimited client projects during your active subscription.
• check_circle Create End Products for yourself and for multiple clients. Each End Product can be transferred to its respective client.
• check_circle Use templates for commercial projects, including client work where you charge a fee for the final website.
• check_circle Modify and customize templates to any degree for each project.
• check_circle Access all new templates added to the library during your subscription period.

What you can't do

• cancel Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any template — whether as-is or modified — as a standalone product or template.
• cancel Share your account credentials or allow others to download templates using your subscription.
• cancel Claim ownership or authorship of the original template design.
• cancel Continue using the templates for new projects after your subscription expires. Projects already completed and delivered to clients before expiration remain valid.

The Lifetime Perpetual Multi-Use License includes everything in the Pro Bundle license, with one key difference: your access and license rights never expire. This is a one-time purchase that grants you permanent access to the current library and all future templates added to Brandbes.

What you can do

• check_circle Use any template for unlimited projects and unlimited clients, forever.
• check_circle Receive lifetime access to all future templates added to the Brandbes library at no additional cost.
• check_circle Receive priority support for template-related questions.

What you can't do

• cancel Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any template as a standalone product or template.
• cancel Share your account credentials or allow others to download templates using your account.
• cancel Claim ownership or authorship of the original template design.

Each template may include third-party images, icons, and fonts that are subject to their own license terms. These assets are used under their respective licenses and may have different usage restrictions than the template itself.

On the live demo of every template, you will find a dedicated "License" page that lists the specific images, icons, and fonts used in that template along with their license details and attribution requirements.

We recommend reviewing the license page of each template's live demo before using or replacing any of these assets in your End Product. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of third-party assets complies with their respective license terms.
