If you're not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions. All refund requests are reviewed manually to ensure fairness.
When a Refund May Be Approved
Refunds are considered if one or more of the following apply:
- check The product materially differs from its description or preview
- check A technical issue prevents proper use and our support team is unable to resolve it
- check Fewer than 3 templates have been downloaded from a bundle plan
- check There was an accidental duplicate purchase
When a Refund Will Not Be Approved
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds cannot be granted if:
- close 3 or more templates from a bundle have been downloaded
- close The product has been used, exported, or implemented in a project
- close The refund request is based on personal preference, change of mind, or lack of expertise
- close The templates were downloaded with the intent to extract or reuse content
- close The purchase shows patterns of excessive or abusive downloading
Bundle Purchases & Fair Usage
Our bundle plans (Pro Bundle and Lifetime) are offered at a heavily discounted price and are protected under a fair usage policy.
Downloading 3 or more templates from a bundle is considered consumption of the product and voids refund eligibility. We encourage you to explore our free template previews before purchasing.
Subscription Cancellation
For subscription plans (Pro Bundle), you may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a retroactive refund for the current billing period. You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and include:
- tag Your order ID
- help The reason for the refund
- image Any relevant details or screenshots (if applicable)
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Important Note
By purchasing, you agree to this refund policy and acknowledge that digital products cannot be "returned" once accessed. All downloaded template files must be deleted upon refund approval, and your license is revoked immediately.
